At UNIO Vini, we are dedicated to the meticulous aging and elevation process of wines. This undergoes a fascinating transformation: young wines are guided to mature in the finest oak barrels and micro-porous ceramic amphorae. Here, they find their voice, texture, and balance under the careful care of the winemaker Eugen Odainii. After this period of evolution, these wines are meticulously blended and bottled, ready to be tasted and appreciated.
Alongside the carefully crafted wines in our urban winery, we invite you to explore a vast world of aromas and oenological delights. At UNIO Vini, you will find an impressive selection of several hundred labels of wines and other wine-based alcoholic beverages, from various regions of Romania and around the world. Additionally, we take pride in presenting a collection of “iconic” wines, praised by wine critics with top scores or gold medals, available for serving by the glass.
